It starts with annealed copper. Each fitting is heated to more than 1,000°F and slowly cooled, a process that softens the copper for pressing while enhancing durability to withstand pressure, vibration, and thermal expansion without cracking. During installation, pressing initiates a unique work-hardening process, strengthening the copper’s molecular structure and forming two 360° mechanical bands that lock the connection securely in place. At the same time, the HNBR seal is reinforced, ensuring consistent leak-proof protection under extreme conditions.
Dual-sealing technology creates uniform mechanical seals that eliminate pinch points or deformation common in other systems, resulting in a consistent 360° seal every time. Ranging from 1/4 inch to 2-1/8 inch and compatible with multiple jaw options, the fittings offer maximum versatility and adapt easily to any installation.
