West USA
Vince Waters is the Director of Sales for the U.S. West, bringing more than three decades of experience in the plumbing, waterworks, and HVAC industries. Before joining RLS over three years ago, he served as a District Manager with Viega and spent 27 years as a Territory Manager for a manufacturer representative firm. A Certified Sales Professional through the Canadian Professional Sales Association, Vince leverages his extensive field experience and leadership skills to drive growth and support RLS partners across his region.

Regional Sales Manager

Micah Heintz is a Regional Business Manager with RLS, bringing two years with the company and more than four years of HVAC/R experience. Before joining RLS, he spent 15 years in water and wastewater sales and service, developing a strong technical and customer-focused foundation. A graduate of Ranken Technical College in St. Louis with a degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics, Micah combines hands-on expertise with a solutions-driven approach to every partnership.

Brian Woodward is RLS’s Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest. Brian draws on his HVAC experience to guide contractors through stress-free, fire-permit-free press-fit installations. A graduate of Texas A&M, he’s known for delivering clear advice, troubleshooting field challenges, and ensuring projects run smoothly. Reliable and detail-oriented, Brian builds strong partnerships with contractors who value consistency and efficiency.

Territory Sales Representative
SOUTHWEST (OK, NORTH TEXAS)
Tammy Robertson serves as a Territory Sales Representative for Oklahoma and North Texas, bringing 37+ years in plumbing and 15+ years in HVAC sales experience to the RLS team. Before coming to RLS, Tammy worked in sales for a wholesaler, calling contractors and providing their material needs, inventory solutions, and training opportunities. Tammy’s ability to grow business relationships, her extensive industry experience, and her knowledge and understanding of customer needs, serves to boost customer experience with RLS.

Kevin Long is the Regional Sales Manager for the Southern U.S., bringing more than 30 years of HVAC/R and plumbing industry experience to RLS. With a background in both technical and sales roles, he focuses on helping contractors and distributors adopt innovative connection technologies that improve efficiency and safety. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Kevin is known for building strong partnerships and promoting the value of RLS press technology as a faster, safer alternative to brazing.

Territory Sales Representative
GREAT PLAINS (IA, KS, MO, NE)
Caden Hill is the Territory Sales Representative for Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri, bringing a strong engineering background and hands-on RLS experience to his role. After interning with the company’s engineering team in 2023 and later driving the RLS mobile showroom, Caden joined full-time in 2024 to combine his technical knowledge with customer engagement. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics and is valued for his deep product understanding and approachable communication style.

Nick Twerberg is a Territory Sales Manager for Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Nick brings sales experience as an account manager in injection molding and six years working with merchandising equipment for commercial refrigeration units. As a graduate of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN with a dual emphasis degree in Communication and a minor in conflict management, Nick is personable and provides RLS with strong communication skills, adaptability, and relationship building.

Known for his engaging in-person training programs with contractors, distributors, union halls, and technical schools, Nick combines product expertise with a genuine passion for education and industry growth.

Known for his integrity, problem-solving skills, and commitment to building strong customer relationships, Artie leads his team with clear communication and a results-driven mindset.

Logan Porter is a Territory Sales Representative for Georgia and South Carolina, providing service to the South Atlantic region of the United States. Logan graduated a B.S. Biomedical Engineering degree and M.S. Nanoengineering degrees in North Carolina and before RLS, she worked for a private industry company performing experiments on their products. Logan’s background in engineering provides her with an unrivaled knowledge and understanding of RLS’s product and allows her to impart that knowledge upon customers.

Jessica Slaughter is the Director of National Accounts for RLS, backed by 5 years of experience as the Marketing Manager at RLS and marketing for luxury refrigeration. Jessica holds a BSBA in Marketing from Mizzou and has been recognized for her contributions to the industry as a recipient of the Women in HVACR Networking Pillar Award and a MarCom Award winner, highlighting her expertise in marketing and communications. With her background in marketing and brand development, Jessica provides a unique perspective on connecting strategy, customer experience, and business growth.
