RLS was proud to sponsor the Women in HVACR 2026 Annual Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana, joining women from across the HVAC/R industry for several days of education, professional development, and networking.

The conference began with an evening at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, where attendees explored the museum and got an up-close look at the historic Marmon Wasp. The next morning, the official conference kicked off with a keynote speaker before attendees headed into breakout sessions focused on leadership and professional growth.

RLS representatives attended sessions such as Fearless Leadership: Cultivating Courage & Confidence in Decision-Making and Personal Branding: Building Influence and Visibility. The conference also introduced Momentum Moments, a series of shorter, high-impact talks designed to inspire and share new perspectives. Among the highlights were Own Your Brand: Building Influence Through Authentic Leadership and Own the Room: The Art of Influence on Stage and Beyond.

Following the workshops, attendees had the opportunity to connect at the vendor expo, where RLS introduced its brand and solutions to professionals throughout the industry. The expo provided a valuable opportunity to share RLS with HVAC/R professionals and build connections across the industry.

That evening, the conference continued with the Green Gala, featuring the presentation of the Pillar Awards and recognition of scholarship recipients. The awards celebrated individuals making a difference in the industry, including through leadership, education, and networking. Last year, RLS Director of National Accounts Jessica Slaughter received the Networking Pillar Award, making this year’s celebration especially meaningful for the RLS team.

The following morning brought another round of workshops and keynote presentations. Sessions explored important topics such as employee retention, leadership, and how the body responds to fear and stress. Attendees also took part in an interactive networking activity that encouraged them to connect with others based on their experiences and perspectives. The activity offered a fun, engaging way to meet new people and learn more about the diverse paths professionals take throughout the HVAC/R industry.

To close out the conference, attendees gathered for a Grease-themed celebration, where organizers announced that the 2027 Women in HVACR Annual Conference will take place in Tampa, Florida.

From inspiring presentations to new professional connections, the conference offered valuable opportunities for learning and collaboration. RLS is proud to support Women in HVACR and its mission to empower women through education, mentorship, and meaningful industry connections. By supporting events like this, RLS remains committed to helping strengthen the HVAC/R community and encouraging the next generation of industry leaders.
