Built for use with the Klauke 32kN Long-Throw Press Tool and our 32kN Actuator Jaw, this collar system forms secure, permanent joints in just 25 seconds. No flame, no nitrogen purge, and no hot work permits—just fast, clean connections that stand up to pressure, vibration, and thermal cycling.

Each collar jaw set includes an XL press gauge and depth gauge to ensure every connection is properly prepped and fully pressed. And like all RLS jaws, the XL system imprints our RLS witness mark into every fitting—your visual check that the job’s been done right.
