Built to press our largest fittings—1-5/8” and 2-1/8”—the RLS-Klauke 32kN Long-Throw Press Tool delivers the force and reach needed for heavy-duty HVAC and refrigeration applications. With 32kN of pressing power and a 25-second cycle time, it’s purpose-built for flame-free, high-pressure connections on big commercial lines.

This tool is also compatible with our full fitting range—from ¼” to 1-3/8”—when paired with the RLS 32kN 8 Jaw Kit, offering flexibility for everything from standard installs to XL work.

A 350° rotating head makes tight-space presses easier, while automatic piston retraction and a Quickstop safety feature ensure smooth, safe operation. The tool runs on a Makita 18V Li-Ion battery with a fast 15-minute charge time and up to 400 presses per charge.
