RLS attended this year’s Women in HVACR Annual Conference, held October 6–8 in Las Vegas under the inspiring theme “Bet on Yourself.” The event brought together industry leaders and professionals from across the country to celebrate and support women in the HVACR industry.
Hosted by Women in HVACR, the non-profit organization is dedicated to encouraging and supporting career growth through scholarships, mentorship programs, and partnerships with trade schools.
At the Vintage Expo, RLS welcomed attendees at Booth #405, providing a space to connect with the community and highlight our flame-free press technology. A highlight of the conference was the “Hats Off to You – A Celebration of Women Who Lead” event, where our Marketing Manager, Jessica Slaughter, was recognized with the Networking Pillar Award for her dedication to fostering connections and supporting women across the industry.
Over three days of guest speakers and breakout sessions, attendees were encouraged to embrace leadership, confidence, and self-growth—perfectly reflecting this year’s Bet on Yourself theme. RLS is honored to support Women in HVACR and the individuals driving positive change and empowering women in the HVACR industry!
