Micah Heintz is a Regional Business Manager with RLS, bringing two years with the company and more than four years of HVAC/R experience. Before joining RLS, he spent 15 years in water and wastewater sales and service, developing a strong technical and customer-focused foundation. A graduate of Ranken Technical College in St. Louis with a degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics, Micah combines hands-on expertise with a solutions-driven approach to every partnership.

Regional Sales Manager

Midwest (MI, OH, Western PA, Western NY)

Nick Tarolli serves as Regional Sales Manager for Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Western New York, bringing a decade of HVAC/R industry experience to RLS. Before joining the company, he worked as a Territory Manager for an HVAC and plumbing wholesaler, where he represented and sold RLS products among others. Known for his engaging in-person training programs with contractors, distributors, union halls, and technical schools, Nick combines product expertise with a genuine passion for education and industry growth.

Artie Harisiades serves as National Sales Director for the U.S. East, bringing nearly four decades of HVAC/R experience to RLS. His career began as a union pipefitter, welder, plumber, and HVAC professional before moving into wholesale distribution, where he held leadership roles in regional sales and purchasing. Known for his integrity, problem-solving skills, and commitment to building strong customer relationships, Artie leads his team with clear communication and a results-driven mindset.

Bruce Sandler serves as Regional Sales Manager for New England, covering Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. With more than 25 years in the HVAC/R industry, Bruce brings extensive experience from leadership roles at Rothenberger USA, Klein Tools, and Apollo Valves. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he’s known for his deep belief in RLS technology and his ability to effectively connect with distributors and contractors across the region.

A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Kevin is known for building strong partnerships and promoting the value of RLS press technology as a faster, safer alternative to brazing.

Caden Hill is the Territory Sales Representative for Texas and Oklahoma, bringing a strong engineering background and hands-on RLS experience to his role. After interning with the company’s engineering team in 2023 and later driving the RLS mobile showroom, Caden joined full-time in 2024 to combine his technical knowledge with customer engagement. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics and is valued for his deep product understanding and approachable communication style.

Mobile Showroom Sales Representative

Jacob Taylor drives the RLS Mobile Showroom and serves as a salesperson, bringing hands-on HVAC experience and strong technical expertise to every stop. Having grown up in the industry and advanced from installation and service work to comfort advising, Jacob offers a deep understanding of how RLS press fittings perform in real-world applications. EPA Universal certified and trained in Carrier, Gas-Tite, and Trak Pipe systems, he’s known for clearly explaining technical concepts and helping contractors and engineers get the most out of RLS technology.

Vince Waters is the Director of Sales for the U.S. West, bringing more than three decades of experience in the plumbing, waterworks, and HVAC industries. Before joining RLS over three years ago, he served as a District Manager with Viega and spent 27 years as a Territory Manager for a manufacturer representative firm. A Certified Sales Professional through the Canadian Professional Sales Association, Vince leverages his extensive field experience and leadership skills to drive growth and support RLS partners across his region.

Kurtis Feil serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest, bringing nearly a decade of HVAC/R industry experience and four years with Rapid Locking System. His background spans mini splits, VRF systems, vacuum pumps, recovery systems, and a wide range of tools and accessories, and he continues to hold his EPA 608 certification. Kurtis is known for building strong relationships through clear communication, product expertise, and a genuine commitment to understanding customer needs.
